The Moscow credit bank began to receive the report Benchmarking in the National Bureau of Credit Histories (NBCH). Reported about it to NBKI on April 15, 2019. This service allows to compare indicators of bank to target segment of the market. At the same time are analyzed more than 100 parameters among which:
- dynamics and quality of credit requests,
- borrower's portrait,
- quality of work with arrears and others.
Data are provided by by the form and to the loan amount, age of the borrower and regions of Russia. Each parameter is provided in dynamics for the last year.
"Benchmarking" - the tool using which we can assess a real situation in the market of retail lending. Assessment and comparison of credit activity of target segment of bank, first of all, are necessary for more exact and detailed planning of our activity - both in a part risk management, and in terms of bank marketing. The report gives the chance to make the weighed decisions on the basis of representative market data not only on the market in general, but also on each of its segments. Thus, Benchmarking allows to gain a necessary complex impression about behavior of different target groups that, in turn, promotes increase in attractiveness of our services for clients. Qualitative the risk analytics on retail lending significantly promotes work of creditors.
