The project of billing for Moscow Exchange

The RG-Soft company completed in the spring of 2017 the project on development of the universal solution which allowed to automate calculation of different types of services and services of PJSC Moscow Exchange company. Features of this project are that thanks to it there was a reduction of labor costs in divisions for 30%, process of obtaining the managerial and regulated reporting for 10% accelerated.

The Moscow Exchange group manages the only multifunction stock exchange in Russia on the stock trading, bonds, derivative instruments, currency, instruments of the money market and goods. The central depository (NPO of JSC National Settlement Depositary) and also clearing center (National Clearing Centre Bank) performing functions of the central counterparty in the markets that allows the Moscow Exchange to render to clients a full stroke of trade and post-trading services is a part of Group.

Originally the company "PJSC the Moscow Exchange" made the decision on unification of work with partners in the different directions of implementation (the exchange commission on the markets, technical services, information services). Having carried out the preliminary analysis of systems existing in the market and considering that accounting was already kept on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform, specialists of RG-Soft selected option of development of own system on this platform designed especially for solving of tasks of the Moscow Exchange. At the time of start of the project there were three independent systems of calculation of cost of services and conducting detailed settlement with partners. Process of providing summary information to partners was labor-consuming and took several days. Accounting of settlement lagged behind current date for 5-10 days, the centralized control of receivables was complicated.

On the basis of the existing problems the universal solution which allowed to automate calculation of different types of services and services which are provided by the Moscow Exchange to the clients was developed.

As a result of implementation in "PJSC the Moscow Exchange" appeared a centralized system of pricing, also specialists of RG-Soft led billing of all services rendered by the company to the uniform standard, integration with a personal account of clients of the exchange was implemented, and the separate systems are replaced with one. Specialists of RG-Soft company increased the accuracy of calculations of cost of services, the analytical subsystem for heads is created, the new reporting for clients which could not be provided earlier, created a single system of accounting of agreements with commercial parameters is entered, the CRM elements regarding accounting of processing of customer appeals from a personal account are automated, the order is changed and the procedure of allocation of payments is accelerated and control of receivables is significantly improved.

Directly main requirements to a new system was only three. It had to support tariff model of the Moscow Exchange, existence of the universal mechanism designer for formation of printed forms of finance documents and conducting settlement with clients (control of receivables) is obligatory. The project was created on the basis of 1C:Subsystems Library (BSP), also it was selected for preserving of a possibility of expansion of functionality in the future due to development of the tools provided by vendor.
