2021: Delivery of 1400 UPS Units CyberPower Value Series

The CyberPower company reported on June 2, 2021 about delivery of uninterruptible power supply units within the project on equipping and re-equipment of stations of Moscow Metro with terminals which passed in several stages. In total, 1400 units of the Value Series IBPCyberPower were delivered during the project.

The project to install Moscow the next generation of ticket sales devices in the subway, designed to become a full-fledged replacement for cashiers, lasted more than a year. Terminals work in Russian English both languages ​ ​ and have a much wider functionality: you can buy a Troika card, buy a Single card for one, two, 20 and 40 trips, and even replenish a social cards student, student and resident. Payment is supported both in cash and in bank cards cash, and without restrictions - installed devices accept all possible bills, including bills of 200 and 2000 denominations. rubles

The uninterrupted operation of these terminals is the responsibility of the linear-interactive uninterruptible power supply (UPS) CyberPower Value1200ELCD, it also guarantees the protection of electronic components from drops, jumps, voltage dips and other problems in the electrical network. UPS CyberPower Value1200ELCD is made of high-quality components and, in addition, minimizes power costs due to patented CyberPower technology GreenPower UPS. On the scale of the huge distributed network of installed terminals, such energy savings become very noticeable. The UPS CyberPower VALUE1200ELCD has two batteries, which in case of power failure provides the terminal with sufficient battery life to complete the user operation.


Terminals of the next generation, first of all, were installed on the busiest metro lines: Zamoskvoretskaya, Tagansko-Krasnopresnenskaya, Kaluga-Riga and Serpukhov-Timiryazevskaya and at some stations of the Lublin-Dmitrovskaya, Koltsevskaya, Filevskaya and Kakhovskaya lines. This step, first of all, reduced the burden on cashiers during peak hours and reduced the time required for passengers to purchase, replenish or update travel documents.
