2020: Implementation of an ACS of installation of production of high-octane components of gasoline

Moscow Refinery of Gazprom Neft implemented the automated control system for work of installation of production of high-octane components of gasoline. On May 13, 2020 Gazprom Neft reported about it. All elements of a hardware and software system, including the hardware on the equipment and the software,  are developed and created by the Russian companies from Novosibirsk and Yekaterinburg. The complex will control both technology processes, and elements of safety of installation. Implementation of modern management systems is a part of the program of digital development of oil processing assets of Gazprom Neft.

The complex of management obtains and processes in real time information more than from 2000 sensors. These are data on temperature, pressure, the current fuel consumption and pair, the level of loading of the equipment. Thanks to modern technical solutions, the management system is capable to define and support the most effective operation mode of installation for exact execution of the production plan. Automatic control of security in case of need includes mechanisms of antiabnormal protection  and guarantees reliability of all technology processes.

Successful implementation of completely domestic management system on Moscow Refinery shows that joint efforts of the Russian specialists – mathematicians, programmers and  producers – create competitive technological products. Gazprom Neft will continue to develop a portfolio of the automated solutions of domestic production capable to guarantee effective and positive control of production assets, emphasized the head of the department of management systems and digitalization of the block of logistics, processing and sale of Gazprom Neft Sergey Ovchinnikov
