MKB implemented the project on contactless purchase of tickets in Moscow Zoo

2020: Organization of contactless purchase of tickets

The Moscow Credit Bank (MCB) and Moscow Zoo implemented the social project on contactless purchase of tickets – the bank installed in the territory of a zoo self-service terminals for purchase of tickets for internal exposures. It became known on July 20, 2020.

In terminals it is possible to purchase tickets for 4 exhibitions which are taking place in the territory of a zoo: Arakhnolandiya, Ekzotarium, Seized property and also on a complex exhibition of representatives of flora and fauna. To interest the least visitors and to involve them in development of financial literacy since the childhood, MKB created amusing models of animals based on payment terminals. On such terminals the visitor will be able to pass a full path from the choice of the ticket to its printing using the special game interactive interface and also will be able to fill up the card Three.

MKB created not just service for sale of tickets, and the full-fledged product personalized under a unique location and target audience. Installation of terminals of contactless payment executes a big pool of tasks. It will allow to take care of health and safety of visitors of a zoo, to minimize personal contacts and to reduce queues by payment, to diversify methods of purchase of tickets, – the head of development department of transaction business of MKB Igor Mayorov noted. – When implementing this project its social component was extremely important for us, the possibility fast, convenient, and, above all – remote and safe purchase of tickets serves as a measure in fight against spread of a virus that will remain a priority even after end of the period of restrictions.

It is very important that, in conditions when economic problems and an epidemiological situation negatively influence the welfare sphere, joint projects helped to recover quicker the missed opportunities, to start additional programs and to support ecological and social projects. MKB in turn purposefully adheres to the principles of sustainable development and provides sales opportunity of such projects. Installation of terminals of contactless payment of tickets became the next MKB joint project and Moscow Zoo. MKB is also an official trustee of an Amur leopard in Moscow Zoo.
