The Moscow academy of the public and municipal administration performed replacement of the automation system of the reporting

The Moscow academy of the public and municipal administration (MAGMA) performed transition to a new order of accounting to software of 1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8.

Background

In connection with the introduction in operation of orders of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation No. 157n, No. 162n, No. 174n, No. 183n the Moscow academy of the public and municipal administration (MAGMA), as well as most public institutions, was faced the need to provide accounting by a unified plan of accounts. Earlier account of academy was kept in programs of the 1C: Enterprise system. A system proved as the reliable tool for accounting work therefore the decision to pass to the new program "1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8" providing accounting by the new legislation was made.

Transition was charged to 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT).

Implementation

The expert center on work with the state organizations of 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) completed transfer of the Moscow academy of the public and municipal administration (MAGMA) on the program of 1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8. The program allowed to consider all changes of the legislation for the state organizations which became effective since 2011. All necessary functionality is implemented in the standard version of a product, completions were not required, transition took week.

Results

Specialists of BIT executed transfer of information on fixed assets (about 1000 units) and to other accounting items, turnovers proceeding from new accounting rules, provided user training. Using mechanisms of the program of 1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8 data transfer is executed automatically in the shortest terms.

The program of 1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8 allowed the management of MAGMU to control quickly existence and cash flow, limits of budget commitments, calculations for paid training.
