Specialists of Formula businessa LLC completed implementation of software products "1C: Medicine. Clinic" and "1C: Medicine. Hospital drugstore" in Moscow Scientific Research Institute of Psychiatry Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation Federal State Institution. Work of registry of clinic is automated, accounting of payment of the off-budget medical services rendered by it and accounting of medicines in a hospital is adjusted, queues were reduced by payment of services, the personified accounting of medicines is organized, the reporting under the project of monitoring of the prices and the range of medicines in stationary, treatment-and-prophylactic and pharmaceutical institutions (organizations) of the Russian Federation is transferred to an electronic form.

To optimize expenditure of funds for medicines, it was necessary to keep the personified account of some groups of goods and subject and quantitative accounting of pharmaceutical products at all levels of the address. According to federal law 94-FZ "About placing orders for the supply of goods, works and services for state and municipal needs" it was required to enter accounting of specifications to the signed supplier contracts and to control deviations of supply rates from contract commitments on each nomenclature position. Due to the participation of Institute in the project of monitoring of the prices and the range of medicines, according to the order of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation No. 227n of May 27, 2009. "About the organization and implementation of monitoring of the prices and the range of medicines in stationary treatment-and-prophylactic and pharmaceutical institutions (organizations) of the Russian Federation", it was required to provide the reporting in Roszdravnadzor in electronic form.

It was necessary for Institute for the solution of all these tasks:

• create a single system of registration of patients and medical services in organization;
• organize accounting of visits of patients using a barcode of plastic ID cards;
• limit free access to clinic premises;
• provide a possibility of acceptance of cash for services of off-budget activity;
• give the chance to health workers to keep the analytical reporting in different cuts: on a financing source, on the doctor, on the device, at the place of residence of patients, with separation into regions, on revenue of cash desk, etc.
• provide automatic calculation of salary supplements of employees for rendering paid services by them.

As a basis for such information system new products of 1C Company were selected: "1C: Medicine. Clinic" and "1C: Medicine. Hospital drugstore". When choosing software solutions existence of the certificate of conformity issued by FSTEC of Russia on the protected software package "1C: Enterprise 8.2z" which confirms its compliance to requirements of law 152-FZ "About personal data" and also high functionality at the affordable price was considered. Besides the Institute already had positive experience of use of the program on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform – the 1C: Trade Management 8 configuration.

Implementation is carried out without significant completions of software products. Reports began to form quicker. Account is kept by patients, doctors, financing sources. Time is lost less, managerial problems are solved quicker.

Use of a product "1C: Medicine. Clinic" allowed to create a single system of registration of patients in organization. A new system allowed to organize access to institute premises on a barcode of the plastic ID card in day of the planned acceptance. Now in registry issue to the patient the route sheet with indication of receptive period, an office of the specialist and rules of preparation for procedures – such technology significantly increased convenience of service to patients. The implemented solution allowed to automate accounting of paid services and calculation of allowances for their rendering to the salary of employees.

Solution "1C: Medicine. Hospital drugstore" automated an inventory control of medicines. Now it is possible to order drugs in departments from hospital drugstore, using a barcode of producers of medicines and also to control performance of government contracts on supply of medicines. In a few minutes the report for the purchased medicines in Roszdravnadzor for monitoring of the prices and the range of medicines forms. Account of a consumption of medicines is kept for each patient of a hospital.

Already at the first stages of implementation and operation of the program I can note positive results: queues were reduced by payment of medical services, necessary reports are transferred to an electronic form. The planned goals are achieved".
