"The Moscow state examination" will organize a management portal documents

On October 27, 2014 the Systems and Projects company announced automation of activity of Mosgosekspertiza (MGE).

Project Tasks

Examination – one of the most labor-consuming services because of the large volume of the loaded documents. The set of the project documentation on one object of capital construction occupies on average 20 GB. Within a month Mosgosekspertiza processes about 100 requests.

Project Progress

In a system are configured 50 automated business processes and 300 jobs. Employees of task force, contractual department, chiefs of departments and the top management of Mosgosekspertiza.

Integration with the Base register of information is executed – in a set-up time of expert reports data which are already available at the disposal of authorities are requested from there. Thereby, the list of documents which the applicant should load directly is reduced.

Project Results

The new portal of documentary management is implemented in the organization at the end of September, 2014.

Process of automation of construction state services in Moscow continues the second year. For October 27, 2014 the most part of approvals is available in electronic form.

"A system covers activities of MGE for interaction with applicants, direct work of experts with documentation and also administrative document flow, – Oksana Dergunova, the Systems and Projects project manager told. – Much attention is paid to questions of the legal importance and safety of data. The mechanism of the electronic signature is implemented, the archive of the design estimates is created that for the customer especially relevant".
