Development of JSC MOSDACHTREST in the field of low construction is directly connected with development of the sphere which began to form and develop, taking a modern civilized form, in the last 10 years. For increase in effective management of real estate fund in the company the decision on software implementation which would allow to automate the main business processes, to separate functions between the sales and accounting department was made, having provided at the same time unity of information environment. As the software product on which implementation of an information system will be based, the product "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" was selected.

Standard opportunities of this solution provide complex automation managerial and regulated accounting at the enterprise. It was in addition decided to purchase an industry product in the field of real estate administration "1C: Lease and real estate administration 8" which can work together with "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8", forming a uniform software package.
