BIT company completed the project of complex automation in JSC Mosenergo Fuel and Energy Company based on "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" and industry solution "BIT: Finance PROF". As a result the transparency and efficiency of a production and inventory control increased, planning processes of purchases are optimized. The management had an opportunity to analyze financial results of the enterprise for separate projects, cost items and the centers of responsibility, to plan activity of divisions and to predict future financial situation. Product cost and production services is reduced by 15%.
Earlier account at the enterprise was kept using different information systems, electronic bases and paper documents. Because of separation of data there were difficulties by preparation and delivery of the regulated reporting. A production and inventory control was not automated. Accounting of materials to be provided and costs on construction objects was conducted using spreadsheets. The estimate project documentation had to be created manually. Accounting of materials requirements was not organized, often there were cases of mismatch of credentials and actual balances in a warehouse. As a result, it was difficult to plan equipment procurement and materials. All this led to emergence of idle times on production, terms of execution of works under agreements dragged on. Besides, it was impossible to calculate a financial result on separate projects, items of expenditure and the centers of the financial responsibility that complicated processes of acceptance of management decisions.
The management made the decision on implementation of the new software product which would allow to organize operational production and inventory control, to plan supply of materials and the equipment, to control expenses of the enterprise and to analyze results of business activities on separate construction objects.
The 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 program became a basis for project implementation, for solving of tasks regarding financial management the industry solution "BIT was selected: Finance PROF". BIT company ("1C: Accounting and Trade") having extensive experience of automation of the enterprises of industry became the partner in implementation.
In 10 months work of a warehouse, production, financial service and accounting was completely automated, work of service of logistics is optimized. In a system 101 users work.
Main project deliverables
Operational accounting of production is organized that allowed to control works on repairs, modernization, construction of power objects at all stages of process.
Thanks to the mechanisms of accounting and detailed cost analysis implemented in a system it was succeeded to reduce by 15% product cost and production services. It allowed to manage more flexibly processes of pricing and to control profit level of the enterprise.
Accurate accounting of warehouse stocks, materials to be provided and the materials given to processing to subcontractors is adjusted. Account of receipt from customers of the equipment intended for installation, its transfer to installation and acceptance from installation is separately kept. The scalability of the new platform "1C: Enterprise 8.2" allowed to connect to accounting process of PIERS (responsible persons) which are directly working with warehouse stocks. Thanks to them the mechanism of receipt orders the transparency and efficiency of an inventory control increased. All this allows the management to plan timely purchase and material issue in production, to plan and control accomplishment of orders for processing of materials to be provided and mounting works of the equipment.
