2019: ASCAPC installation
On October 11, 2019 PJSC Moscow City Telephone Network reported that together with JSC Mosenergosbyt carried out in Zelenograd a pilot project on installation of intelligent individual metering devices of the electric power, having provided direct data exchange between the consumer and electricity provider.
Within the project in Zelenograd old power meters were replaced with modern, with the special built-in device of data transmission connected to fiber-optical network MGTS on GPON technology. Now data from 174 counters in the round-the-clock mode come to a billing system of JSC Mosenergosbyt, providing the company with up-to-date information about energy consumption by residents. The new power meter which is specially developed under requirements of JSC Mosenergosbyt as much as possible conforms to basic requirements to intelligent systems of electricity metering according to Federal law No. 522.
Data collection by means of solution smart from MGTS considerably simplifies process of the analysis of volumes and the nature of electricity consumption and does it transparent. Such approach also allows to plan and predict more effectively electricity consumption, to offer optimal rates, to control payment and to prevent violations from consumers and also saves them from need to submit indications manually. We hope that in the long term, with development of the systems of intellectual accounting, data will be automatically told to personal accounts of clients that will allow to control electricity consumption almost in real time, comments Gennady Streltsov, the deputy CEO for development and marketing of JSC Mosenergosbyt
