2020: Plans of installation of 3 industrial robots
The Aripix Robotics company, the resident Klastera of the advanced production technologies of Skolkovo Foundation, until the end of 2020 will set at the Moscow plant Moskabelmet Group of three industrial robots. Automation will affect two continuous production processes: loading of metal in the press and winding of a cable. The Skolkovo Foundation reported about it on September 24, 2020.
Two robot- the manipulator Aripix A1 will replace 6 workers performing hard and routine work on loading of metal in the press. One more robot of the console Aripix D1 type will undertake accomplishment of routine operation on laying of a ready cable in baskets, having facilitated work of three workers.
Earlier in 2020 Aripix Robotics automated at the Moscow plant Moskabelmet Group supply of metal in the melting furnace.
Developing robotic complexes for the enterprises, we use technological solutions and we try to consider working conditions and requirements of our customers. Aripix A1 robotic manipulators are equipped with the system of computer vision - they independently define orientation of procurements in space and calculate an optimal trajectory of the movement. Special mechanisms of capture consider features of material and a geometrical form of procurements and can strong hold and move them in the press. The robot of the console Aripix D1 type equipped with special sensors will exclude twisting of a cable, and automatically configured feed gear will allow it to stack a cable with an accuracy of 0.5 mm. We also made the intuitive touch display for control of machines so operators will work easily and productively with our robots. |
At the beginning of 2020 at the Moscow plant Moskabelmet Group the Aripix Robotics company automated one of key processes - supply of metal in the melting furnace. Thanks to it we excluded idle times, increased quality and increased output. We also reduced harmful effects of production on health of workers. Relying on experience, we are glad to continue cooperation with Aripix Robotics company, having entrusted it automation of two more important sections of our production. We are sure that implementation of technologies at the enterprises of Group will increase reliability and will increase service life of our products, will improve working conditions of employees and will positively affect quality of life of people. |
Development of domestic robotic complexes and their implementation at manufacturing enterprises belong to strategic problems of development of the Russian economy which the Cluster of the advanced production technologies of Skolkovo Fund defines for itself as priority. The main incentives of development of robotization on industrial enterprises are performance improvement and qualities, cost reduction and security of work and also increase in availability of robotic solutions. It should be noted that in 2020, in propagation conditions of a koronavirusny infection, labor safety was of particular importance for steady functioning of the enterprises. Level of robotization of the Russian industry by estimates of analysts strongly lags behind world level, but it is possible to say surely that developments of residents Skolkovo are demanded by the market and create opportunities for robotization of the Russian enterprises. |
2019: Plans of implementation of Aripix A1 of the Robotic manipulator
On November 22, 2019 it became known that the producer of conduction and cable products of Moskabelmet Group until the end of December, 2019 will set on production of the robotic manipulator which will allow to automate process of a raw material feed in the melting furnace and will lay the foundation for upgrade of fixed assets of the enterprise.
Industrial robot- the manipulator Aripix A1 developed by the company Aripix Robotics, the resident of capital technopark Mosgormash will replace four workers executing heavy, routine and unhealthy operation on loading of metal in the melting furnace. Employees will be retrained and transferred to other sections, and the robot will provide uninterrupted operation and uniformity of a raw material feed.
The Moscow industry continues step-by-step robotization and implementation of digital technologies in production. By 2024 the Moscow enterprises are going to invest about 15.3 billion rubles in digital transformation. According to the experts, using robots of the enterprise can reduce products output terms to the market to 50%, costs for quality control of products are reduced to 20%, a downtime of the equipment is minimized and considerably labor productivity increases. Capacities of the Aripix A1 robot will allow to move up to 50 tons of metal a day that considerably exceeds possibilities of the person. The robot has a heat-tolerant claw, is capable to work at temperatures from - 30 up to +70 degrees and also is equipped with cameras of machine vision that provides the accuracy of the made manipulations.
Implementation of Aripix A1 on one of key sections of our production is a first step to automation of the enterprises of group.
