Directum completed the first stage of implementation of an ECM system at the Mostostroy-12 LLC enterprise

November 19, 2015. The MiTek company, the general partner of Directum, announced end of the first stage of implementation of an ECM system at the Mostostroy-12 LLC enterprise. As a result a common information space of Directum connected 25 divisions of the company.

Choosing a Solution

In the spring of 2015 the company management made the decision on Directum implementation. An ECM system had to replace the instrument of automation existing at the enterprise: unify internal processes and provide transparent interaction of employees. For benefit of Directum played openness, scalability of a system, existence of web access and the connector to 1C. The MiTek company which has a solid portfolio of successful projects acted as the contractor on implementation.

Result

Today in Directum 200 users of the enterprise work - it is the staff of 25 divisions which are a part of the head company and two remote branches. As a result of implementation processes were automated:

• processings of the entering documentation;
• works with memos;
• creations and approvals of outgoing correspondence;
• managements of contractual documents;
• works with regulating documents, orders and orders.

Work with instructions is conducted in electronic form thanks to what it became simpler to keep track of result of their accomplishment. Due to integration with 1C need of repeated data entry disappeared: information on partners, workers and divisions is automatically unloaded from one system in another. In addition, during implementation converting of data from EDMS "Globe" was carried out and processes under approval of the additional budget and tender procedures are automated.

Simplicity of mastering of Directum allowed the staff of Mostostroy-12 LLC to provide independently training of ordinary users, and convenience of the building tool – own forces to administer and modify a system, representatives of the company integrator reported TAdviser.

The project is commented by the director of information technology and information security of Mostostroy-12 LLC Alexey Voylenko: Mostostroy-12 pays special attention to new technologies and actively implements different information management systems at the enterprise. Therefore to collective did not make big work to join the project and to implement a part of works with own forces
