The Mostovik company implements the warning system

Staff of LANITH DV company made the equipment the system of the fire notification the self-elevating timbering which is used at construction of a pylon of M6 – one of key constructions of the bridge to Russky Island.

About the Project

Project objective, executed by specialists LANITH DV, creation of the modern fire safety systems meeting all requirements of regulations of the Russian Federation was. A task of LANITH DV company as contractor in providing operability of a system at periodic configuration change and geometry of premises of a timbering. Also it was necessary to guarantee a possibility of receiving a signal of the notification in an elevator cabin on the lower parking position.

Subtleties

The feature of the project is that the warning system had to function in adverse conditions of salty fog at a temperature from-30 to +30 degrees Celsius. The problem managed to be solved thanks to application of the boards IP 65 of Legrand company which protect electric equipment placed in them from influence of an aggressive environment. In general the warning system is implemented based on the integrated radio channel Sagittarius system of production of ArgusSpectrum. A system is protected from false operations and allows to measure values of a zashumlennost of a communication channel.

According to the results of the project the customer, NPO Mostovik company, received the address warning system about the fire allowing to define the place of initiation of a signal of the notification to within an installation site of the worked annunciator.

The pylon of M6 is equipped with reliable distributed system of the notification about evacuation of personnel from height of 160 meters. The customer received the modern digital warning system about the fire with a possibility of operational topology change and further development. Today works on retrofitting as its automatic system of determination of the center of ignition in all-weather conditions with humidity to 100%, at the height up to 350 meters are conducted".
