Mostransgaz (Circuit)

On February 19, 2003 the Intersoft Lab company successfully completes the works on system implementation of tax statements on income tax on the basis of the Data warehouse Circuit of Corporation in Mostransgaz LLC.

Task

Creation of the Data warehouse Mostransgaz LLC and the organization of collecting in it from branches of analytical and synthetic registers of tax accounting according to the current legislation, their consolidation, calculation of summary registers and formation of tax reports was a project task.

Description

The working group into which the staff of Mostransgaz LLC, specialists of auditor and consulting company "FBK" and Intersoft Lab company entered was To perform work organized. The FBK company developed a technique of conducting tax accounting in Mostransgaz LLC and performed problem definition for implementation of analytical, synthetic and summary registers of tax accounting and preparation of tax statements in the information system "Circuit Corporation".

During implementation of Circuit Corporation Storage by specialists of Intersoft Lab the following works were performed:

• domain analysis and requirements of Mostransgaz LLC is carried out;
• the technology of collection of data on synthetic registers of tax accounting is developed;
• algorithms of automatic check and control of data at a stage of input and their loading in Storage are implemented;
• the single interface of control of data loading, arriving from branches is developed;
• tuning of the Circuit Corporation system for storage of additional details on accounts, divisions, documents for the purpose of adaptation of a system to specifics of tax accounting of Mostransgaz LLC is performed;
• data of analytical and synthetic registers on 40 branches and the Office of Mostransgaz LLC are loaded into the data warehouse of the Circuit Corporation system;
• on the basis of synthetic registers summary registers for tax reports and filling of the Declaration on income tax are calculated;
• training of staff of Mostransgaz LLC is provided.

Works on system implementation of tax statements were performed in 3 stages.

• At the first stage the technique of formation of tax statements of Mostransgaz on income tax was implemented and the new technology of work of branches and Central office is approved.
• At the second stage a system was adapted to the changed legislation.
• At the third stage the version of a system considering the experience of preparation of tax statements by the large multifilial enterprise accumulated at the first stages was released.

Results

As a result of the performed works in Mostransgaz LLC the technology of collecting of tax data and reporting for income tax based on the Circuit Corporation system is implemented, the possibility of data analysis according to synthetic registers by divisions of organizational and regular structure is provided. In Mostransgaz LLC the Data warehouse is created and the platform for further development of a system of collecting and information analysis in other directions of accounting and the reporting is prepared.
