The first BIT consolidated payroll accounting and increased transparency of activity in the companies of the Mother and Child group

March 31, 2015. The First BIT company announced completion of creation of the unified information system providing all personnel records and settlings with 6000 employees in network of modern medical institutions "Mother and Child". Work in the system constructed based on integrated solutions of BIT .FINANS and 1C: Payroll and HR Management allowed to receive the consolidated statements next day after closing of the period, representatives of the company integrator reported TAdviser.

In a project deliverable of 30 separate information bases using each reference book and charges were united in uniform base. Obtaining the general reporting for the management is completely automated now and occupies time minimum.

A system includes 3 key blocks:

• separate base for maintaining the help regulatory information, data from which are distributed with 15-minute frequency;

• accounting bases in which users work;

• the general base where data from all existing bases quickly arrive, and used only in the managerial purposes – for viewing and data analysis, formation of the general consolidated statements.

"Project implementation allowed us very quickly, the next day after closing, to receive the ready consolidated statements on the companies of group. Besides, costs of time and resources for service and making changes in information bases were significantly reduced. At the same time the quality of the obtained information and transparency of calculation grew", - Larisa Abramova, the chief accountant of Mother and Child clinic told.

According to Evgeny Modenov, the head of project division of office of the company the First BIT, Airport, "the project work was planned so that not to influence the current activity of users and payroll. Detailed plans with all tasks and responsible and also the schedule of connection which observance was monitored to within hours were for this purpose created. Creating a system, we put in it not only a possibility of further scaling, but also support by the customer's forces. Versatile tools of work with the normative reference information were for this purpose applied, and IT specialists of clinic are trained in work with them".
