On July 15, 2019 the Motovilikha Plants Group of companies announced end of the first stage of system implementation of electronic document management based on the 1C: Document Flow program. For July, 2019 in a system about 2000 users work.
Creation of a common information space for enterprise management as in real time, and using remote access was a project objective. As a basis of the automation system the 1C: Document Flow 8 CORP program entering a packet "1C:Enterprise 8.3" was selected. Thanks to broad functionality, the created set of working tools, existence of function of the simple electronic signature it became an optimal solution for Motovilikha Plants.
In June process of system implementation of electronic document management at the enterprises of a military division came to the end — now the complete functionality of processing of all lifecycles of the outgoing, entering, administrative, organizational, directory and contractual documents is available to users of a system. Besides, integration "1C: Document Flow" with the used corporate information systems is implemented: "1C: Salary and personnel management", 1C:ERP, Active Directory, Service Desk, Microsoft Outlook.
