The mountain ulus of the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic implements technology of increase in efficiency of financial provision of own activity

In Management of the Ministry of Finance of the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic on the Mountain ulus for effective transition to financial provision of activity of organizations on the basis of municipal tasks according to requirements of Federal law No. 83-FZ the ATsK-Byudzhetnye Services system is implemented, the developer company of a product reported on December 20, 2012.

Job

On the platform of the solution "ATsK-Byudzhetnye Services" the administration of the Mountain ulus optimized transfer of municipal budgetary institutions on the new principles of financing. As a result processes of formation of the list of municipal services, calculation of their cost, collecting of plans of financial and economic activity from organizations are automated. The main managers of budgetary funds had an opportunity in the automated mode to create and bring municipal tasks to organizations, to perform calculation of the amounts of subsidies for accomplishment of municipal tasks and also to carry out monitoring of accomplishment of municipal tasks. All participants of budget process work in a common information space using electronic document management.

Result

As a result of implementation "ATsK-Byudzhetnye services" the Mountain ulus of the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic received the flexible tool providing implementation of requirements of the current legislation and allowing to organize effective transition to financing of organizations by municipal tasks.
