E-queue system in the Multifunction center of Tula region

"CSTs Service" together with the producer of a hardware-independent e-queue system Damascus implemented the project on system implementation of an electronic queue in the Multifunction downtown of Novomoskovsk of Tula region.

Within the project it was necessary to solve problems of uniform distribution of a flow of visitors (on time and on operators) in case of accumulation of queue, improvement of working conditions of personnel and also quality control of service and efficiency of division in general.

The CST Service company carried out supply of equipment – touchscreen kiosks (panels of the choice of services), converters of interfaces, devices of transfer of audio-and video signals. Engineers "CST Service" mounted an e-queue system, specialists of DAMASCUS company carried out installation and a software setup.

The installed system is equipped by the editor of the graphical interface, the designer of reports and function of prerecording to visitors of MFC in queue.
