In Administrations of the municipal entity of the city district Usinsk the project on creation of the workflow system on a basis EDMS "CASE" with the assistance of integrator is implemented "Office Dock", the press service of developer reported on June 11, 2013.

Background

Reduction of number of paper document flow in public authorities and local government, increase in transparency of procedures of execution of instructions at all levels of the power is one of tasks of the State program of the Komi Republic Information society.

Job

The administration, at a preproject stage, according to the recommendations of the implementing company carried out all necessary preparatory work therefore, specialists of Ofis-Dok company implemented one stage of the project in two weeks.

EDMS is set in all key structural divisions, at the guide of the customer. Right after system deployment users began to work fully in "CASE".

In total in divisions Administrations 50 jobs are set EDMS "CASE". This stage automates basic functions of classical document flow – document registration, their consideration, determination of contractors, execution of documents and control.

Plans of transparency

The administration of Usinsk does not wish to be satisfied with what has already been achieved and to postpone the next stage for distant perspective. The customer is interested in the near future as much as possible to involve functionality of a system and to broaden the sphere of its use.

Already now divisions prepare for transition to approval of draft documents in electronic form, and afterwards is going to provide access to EDMS of 100% of staff of Administration and to cover a system all document flow, including normative and administrative documents, office correspondence and also agreements and agreements. Such approach will allow to avoid a stage of fragmentary workflow automation and to completely use possibilities of the software product and also to solve the tasks set in the republican program "Information Society" – to increase transparency of execution of instructions and efficiency of municipal management.
