The center of consulting projects completed an implementation project of an end-to-end automated system of accounting of financial and economic activity on the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 platform in JSC Murmansk Tare Plant, the company reported on April 25, 2013.

Message

The automated system of accounting used at the enterprise earlier is morally obsolete, and did not provide operational obtaining information. Accounting of production, technology defects and a remaining balance is very labor-consuming and expensive on time.

Many sections were processed manually, with duplication in different automated workplaces. Cost accounting of products was made not by a certain type of products and did not represent a real picture of cost of specific unit. Updating according to changes of the legislation was not supported, there was no uniform information field. With respect thereto the management of the enterprise made the decision on implementation of an end-to-end information system.

Solution

As a basis for a new system software "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" is selected. The Center of consulting projects (the group "IT Polyus") became the partner in the project.

Specialists of TsKP conducted preproject examination of financial and economic activity of the enterprise. Need of automation of the following sections is revealed:

  • operational inventory control;
  • production accounting, in compliance to a real technology production process;
  • obtaining exact cost value of products, determination of "narrow" places of production process – production stages with the greatest number of technology losses;
  • accounting and tax accounting.

Specialists of the contractor implemented a system, data transfer from the inherited systems. User training is provided.

Now in operation:

  • accounting and tax accounting;
  • accounting of arrival and sales of Inventories;
  • accounting of non-invoiced deliveries;
  • settlement with buyers and suppliers;
  • management of warehouse stocks;
  • data management about structure and structure of a product;
  • the cost accounting on production;
  • calculation of normative and actual cost;
  • fixed asset accounting, depreciation calculation;
  • accounting of services of production character;
  • accounting of overalls and special equipment;
  • accounting of activity of auxiliary productions;
  • accounting of production orders;
  • order placement of buyers;
  • wholesale.

40 jobs are automated.

Accounting of release of semi-finished products and finished goods is made daily by all production divisions of the enterprise, including workshop on production of a cardboard container, lakopechatny section and tin and can factory.

Business and tax accounting is in full kept.

Now works on implementation of a subsystem of payroll are conducted. The center of consulting projects performs maintenance of a system within the subscriber agreement.
