Cloud4Y provided NMarkets Limited of power for a personal data storage

On May 28, 2019 the Cloud4Y company reported that it provided NMarkets Limited with failsafe infrastructure for hraneniyapersonalny these users. NMarkets Limited is branch of NPBFX Limited broker company which is a member of the international self-regulatory organization The Financial Commission. The broker enters category A where the payment amount limit on one claim makes 20 thousand dollars of a compensation fund. The branch of the company, NMarkets Limited, is registered on islands Saint Vincent and Grenadines, and its activity is regulated by local FSA (Financial Services Authority of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines).

After adoption of law "About personal data" No. 152-FZ of the company continuing to work at the Russian market and to service broker accounts of clients needed resources for a personal data storage according to requirements of the Russian legislation. The most advantageous conditions were offered by corporate provider Cloud4Y.

Within service "Federal Law 152 Cloud" the broker received necessary IT infrastructure which he connected to the servers for exchange and storage of data. Also the complex of the protective software was set (the Antivirus, SecretNet, the Scanner – AF). The cloud provider implements a complex of organizational and technical measures of protection, necessary and sufficient according to the order of FSTEC No. 21, allowing to provide NMarkets Limited impossibility of implementation of security risks of PDN including from service staff and from other clients located "in the neighbourhood" in a cloud.
