The LANIT company completed the project on creation of a modern management system for information technologies of JSC NOTA-Bank. This solution provides the organization and automation of activity of staff of IT department and also configuration management of IT infrastructure of Bank.

The System of Information Technology Management (SITM) covers activities for acceptance and processing of incidents and addresses of users, collecting and maintenance in current status of data about set in bank hardware and the software, to carrying out changes in IT infrastructure.

After successful approbation of SUIT mechanisms at head office of bank it was decided to replicate it on all branches and additional offices. As a result all employees of the bank regardless of their location receive qualitative IT services by the uniform agreed principles.

High standards of user support and the organization of work of IT departments using SUIT increase reliability of IT, speed of failure handling and processing of changes that has a positive impact on service quality of users. Important advantage of use of SUIT is the possibility of collecting of statistical information on the basis of which the management of the department of information technologies (DIT) plans further development of IT.

Clear and uniform rules of interaction with IT create at employees of the bank adequate expectations from quality of the rendered services and allow them to concentrate on the solution of profile tasks. Use of the knowledge base created within SUIT increases availability of IT support and provides information exchange about the applied solutions between all IT departments.

As the instrument of automation of SUIT the products Service Manager and DDMi of NR company were selected. The implemented architecture allows SUIT to function in mode 24х7х365. System administrators get exhaustive support from specialists of LANIT concerning support of SUIT.

A system is constructed on modularity: it can be adapted quickly for dynamically changing requirements of business and step by step to develop functionality.

Software package SUIT is integrated with the mail system of bank, the service of the directory automated by a banking system that provides convenience of work to IT specialists and also permanent updating of information in SUIT.

Using SUIT we level any technical difficulties which can arise in work of our divisions in the near future".
