NPF Promagrofond (Implementation project of the Naumen CRM system)

The project of control automation by basic processes in Promagrofond (NPF Promagrofond) Non-state pension fund based on the software solution of NPF Naumen.

Profile of activity of the enterprise

NPF Promagrofond (www.promagrofond.ru) is non-profit organization of social security which exclusive types of activity are provision of services on non-state pension provision and mandatory pension insurance to legal entities and physical persons. The fund is created in 1994.

NPF Promagrofond has a large number of the branches and representations dispersed across all territory of Russia. The number of the insured persons for April 01, 2011 is over 700 thousand human.

Project Objective

Until implementation of the new software solution in fund a self-written system which limited opportunities did not allow to cope with the increased loading was used. The management of the enterprise made the decision to implement full-function industry solution for the purpose of increase in efficiency of key processes of fund and ensuring high-quality control.

For implementation of effective objectives the product of NPF Naumen, and the contractor of the project – NAUMEN company was selected.

Project Progress

During the project specialists of NAUMEN automated key processes of fund: accounting of agreements and statements on the mandatory pension insurance (MPI), the additional insurance premiums (AIP), the additional pension provision (APP); work with legal successors; accounting of structure of agency network, commission calculation of remunerations. Also all cycle of interaction with Office of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation, including processing of notifications and registers, including from Office of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation was automated.

Complete lifecycle of documents of RPE is constructed: from registration in a system before import of all types of notifications from RPF.

Integration of NPF Naumen with an information system of own development of fund and about "1C: Enterprise" was made. Were imported to again implemented system a part of data from a former system – more than 100 thousand documents, except data of the personified accounting.

Besides, considering the customer's wishes, specialists of NAUMEN expanded possibilities of function of maintaining and accounting of transferagentsky agreements and accounting of divisions – transferagent.

Project Results

Today in a new system all directorates and branches of NPF Promagrofond work. With implementation of the software solution of NPF Naumen all basic processes of fund are regulated. Thanks to it the transparency of processes and quality of accomplishment of operational tasks increased.

Reports on processes in different cuts which analysis gives the chance to the management to improve activity of fund allow to have opportunities of a new solution, increasing its competitive advantages.

Perspectives of development of the project

In the medium term the management of NPF Promagrofond is going to automate processes of increase and maintenance of motivation of employees and agents.
