On January 15, 2016 the company of Cliques System announced end of the complex project of creation of the automated control system for customer relations based on the Cliques platform in Forest Lake company.

For their solution the company management "Forest lake" addressed specialists of Cliques System, developer of the Klient-Communicator platform, and purchased 12 licenses CRM "Click. Sales" in edition Prof.
Project Results
As a result of NGO received completely ready IT system with instruments of independent development and expanded setup allowing:
- Maintain different specifics of customer interaction (long/short sellings; with the agreement or without, from several KP, with several accounts, with the difficult payment schedule, with the preliminary application and a set of other options);
- Control sales phases on different types of tasks with automatic substitution of percent of probability and the expected deadline;
- Messages complex document flow with the configured rules of automatic numbering for all document types;
- Offer clients joint products and analogs in real time;
- Work with several units of measure, with automatic converting when using different currencies;
- Plan and analyze sale indicators;
- Plan receipts on accounts, sales and agreements along with control of execution of payments;
- Import receipts from Bank client in text format 1C;
- Plan, conduct and analyze marketing initiatives;
- Perform E-mail and SMS mailings on the configured templates with autocompletion of data from CRM base;
- Create motivational cards on several indicators with different levels of plans and automatic calculation of the actual results;
- To automatically calculate the salary of each employee on set of different criteria of his assessment;
- Configure questions hints of further work (next step) for different objects;
- To individually configure the CRM menu for access control of employees to different functions of a system and also to organize for different departments of the company and employees the personalized "work areas" with a unique set of interfaces.
Upon completion of implementation "Click. Sales" Prof all history of customer interaction is conducted in the unified information system, and at the expense of additional tools on development of functionality of CRM easily adapts to further changes in business.
