Results:

• The system provided users with convenient tools for working in a single information space, and also led to an increase in the efficiency of managing business processes such as:
  • Accounting of incoming and outgoing correspondence;
  • Management of contract documentation;
  • Monitoring of deadlines for execution of documents and tasks;
  • Corporate management (minutes of Board of Directors meetings, GOSU,VOSU);
  • Master data management (one key reference entry point).

  • Document processing speed: 30%

• The following results were also obtained during the project:
  • It became possible to quickly obtain the necessary information in full due to the consolidation of all company documents in a single structured archive;
  • Significantly reduced the time for approval of documents within the framework of existing business processes;
  • Reduced routine transactions related to the processing of paper documents;
  • Monitoring and control of current business processes and tasks of employees has been established.
