2019: Implementation of EDMS Docsvision

Active growth of NPO Radiotekhnicheskiye sistemy demanded additional management tools in recent years. In particular, in 2019 the automation system of document flow and contract activities in which for March, 2020 more than 100 employees of NGO work was implemented. The project is implemented on the Russian Docsvision platform with assistance of the Chelyabinsk company HIT-Service. On March 5, 2020 the Docsvision company reported about it.

Among customers NPO RTS is Rosaviatsiya Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation, Air base FSB Russia and the enterprises Roskosmos. The company cooperates with the leading airports of Russia, supplies the equipment for the Russian spaceports which cannot do without qualitative airfields for delivery satellites, astronauts and the equipment. The company - the resident of a space cluster Skolkovo Foundation. The question of system implementation of management business processes and documents rose in 2019.

At a stage of project planning it was clear that along with processes of office-work and contract work automation of some non-standard processes characteristic of the developer and the producer of navigation systems will be required. Therefore when choosing of a system the emphasis was placed not only on existence of ready functionality, but also on opportunities of rapid development of own processes and cards. An important point was existence of experienced integrator in Chelyabinsk as it is one of the most significant factors of successful implementation of any system.

Processes of office-work, contract work, control of execution of instructions were automated. The workflow system is integrated with accounting system 1C for exchange data. More than 100 employees are connected to a system. Everything, except the secretary, work through the web client – a workplace of the user which allows to work in EDMS Docsvision from any device through internet-browser. For the period trial operation 2500 documents, 6000 tasks are created. Monthly the base is replenished on 400 documents.

The second stage which is planned for 2020 will cover processes of preparation and start of products in production, work with requests for issue and purchase of inventory items and other processes, characteristic of the research and production company, – a real example of use of low-code of the platform for digital transformation of enterprise management.
