The Russian Post will send legally significant letters in electronic form for NRK - R.O.S.T.

NRK - R.O.S.T. is going to transfer during 2019 the most part of the clients to electronic mailing of letters which is implemented by Russian Post. It is expected that transition to digital letters will allow the company to save considerably on mailing of paper correspondence, reported in Russian Post on February 21, 2019.

Service will be used for mailing of documents by preparation for carrying out shareholder meetings and also any other information intended to shareholders.

Transfer of mailings to a digital format becomes more and more demanded at corporate clients and individuals, development of this service is one of the priority areas of work of the enterprise. In the system of obtaining the electronic registered mail more than 2 million people are already registered. We expect that within the next years representatives of business and authorities will pass to obtaining legally significant letters in electronic form. It will allow to reduce costs on their mailing and delivery — the deputy CEO of Russian Post for strategy and state regulation Yaroslav Mandron noted.

Electronic registered mail is a service which allows clients of Russian Post to refuse obtaining paper notifications and letters to begin to receive them in electronic form. According to the mail operator, service provides simplification of process of sending letters and their guaranteed delivery, including in case of change by the receiver of work location or residence.

Digital registered mail is available in a personal account of the addressee on the website of Russian Post. As of February 21 Russians can already receive in a digital format judicial notifications, penalties of traffic police, the notification from financial and insurance companies.

Annually we send more than 2.5 million legally significant letters. At electronic mailing delivery of letters to receivers is guaranteed and the cost of their sending as in this case process of delivery of letters is simplified decreases.
