NTF Iatrotechnics (1C Logistics: Management of a warehouse)

Core activity of company NTF "Iatrotechnics" is production, sale, installation and maintenance of products of medical equipment. Besides, the company renders services of responsible warehousing. NTF "Iatrotechnics" is the main partner of Siberian Federal District and the city of Novosibirsk in maintenance of products of medical equipment in medical institutions and in hearing aid. Now in the company about 400 people work. A total quantity of workshops and warehouses – 15.

As one of priority solutions in the field of automation the solution on system implementation of management of a warehouse "1C Logistics was: Management of a warehouse" – the joint solution of AXELOT company and 1C Company. Such solution was caused by aspiration of the enterprise not only to consider warehouse transactions, but also to manage fully them for the purpose of increase in efficiency of all warehouse complex.

Specialists of Medtekhnika company already had a positive operating experience of programs on a technology platform of 1C: Enterprise, it became one of the main reasons of the choice "to 1C Logistics: Management of a warehouse".

Prior to the beginning of a system implementation project specialists of Medtekhnika company took a training course "The organization of effective warehouse economy using the modern software product "1C Logistics: Management of a warehouse" that allowed to gain in the shortest possible time the best impression about product capabilities and, thanks to it, to avoid many methodological and technical issues during implementation.

In the course of implementation technology business processes in a warehouse were carefully studied and formalized, the correct parametrical setup of a system and the organization of handbook data are made. As a result, the following business processes were automated:

• goods acceptance;
• placement of goods;
• order complete set;
• shipment of goods;
• inventory of goods.

Also the additional functionality was developed:

• interactive calculation of cost of custodial services in cuts: the partner, the nomenclature, dimensions, goods quantity (4 algorithms of pricing, 4 report forms) with interpretation on every day of the requested period.
• Are added MH-1, MH-2.

"System implementation allowed to increase considerably in small terms efficiency of our warehouse complex. A system allowed:

• estimate and manage efficiency of use of warehouse spaces;
• organize storage of goods on volume and weight characteristics and storage lives;
• minimize quantity of errors thanks to bar code identification;
• optimize movements of goods in a warehouse;
• reduce influences of a human factor;
• define objective base for calculation of the salary to employees of a warehouse;
• plan the state and number of employees of a warehouse".

During the project 6 jobs are automated.
