On April 27, 2022, the company TalentTech announced that fintech the service CarMoney optimized the employee process onbording using the HCM platform module. TalentTech Adaptation Thanks to the use of the application with gamification elements, it was possible to increase the number of responses to vacancies by 30% and reduce staff turnover by 15%.

The tasks that the CarMoney set for itself were: to minimize the outflow of personnel at the stage of the trial period and not to depend on the format of work and number when adapting personnel. That is why the service was looking for an easy-to-understand and use digital tool that would allow you to quickly immerse employees in work, not depend on the format of work and the number of beginners in the moment. With the help of the mobile application TalentTech Adaptation, an interactive trajectory of acquaintance with the company and the team was built.

TalentTech and CarMoney developed a unique track to adapt to the tasks of the team, castomized the interface, added game and competitive elements. The inclusion of gamification in the adaptation process effectively involved and motivated newcomers to undergo onboarding. The employee in the application gets acquainted with the organization, step by step passing the levels, for studying each stage receives points, which can then be exchanged in the virtual store for corporate merch.

For the convenience of users, integration with the postal service is implemented. The application includes automatic reminders of upcoming meetings according to the operational rhythm of the boss and beginner. This function disciplines participants and improves the quality of interaction between employees and managers during the adaptation period.

Added convenient function-assistant "Write HR." At the end of each task, the employee had an SOS button, clicking on which you could ask a question of interest and quickly get help and support from an HR specialist.

CarMoney pays special attention to the process of receiving feedback from the team, so a pulse questionnaire for measuring the mood of newcomers and a feedback service are included in the mobile application.

Automation of the adaptation process has reduced the cost of finding and training employees by an average of 15%.
