We notify by this letter you that in the National Bank of Ukraine since 2002 the OPTIMA-WorkFlow software product which is the basic application software for the electronic document management system functioning in our organization is used. Now the "Organization of Document Flow (Registration, Maintenance and Control of Documents)" and "Process Control of Preparation of Documents" systems are in continuous operation.

Functioning of a system allowed to automate the solution of the following tasks in our organization:

• Accounting and document registration;
• Traffic control of documents;
• Control of execution of documents;
• Control of discipline of execution of instructions of the management;
• Management of business processing of documents;
• Interdepartmental and interterritorial exchange of documents;
• Maintaining directories or registers of accounting of documents;
• Design, approval, vising and document approval (using the EDS).

Maintenance and maintenance of a system is performed by forces of own operational services and IT departments of bank with support by the staff of the RG-Data company Ukraine which is the partner of Optima Group.
