National Treasury implements EDMS Euphrates

On February 3, 2014 the Cognitive Technologies company announced the beginning of system implementation of electronic document management (EDMS) and business process automation "E1 Euphrates" in MFO LLC National Treasury.

Project Tasks

Specialists of National Treasury stopped on the E1 Euphrates system because of existence of a broad spectrum of functionality, flexibility of setup, processing speed of documents and fast scaling.

Project Progress

Specialists Cognitive Technologies since January 30, 2014 hold a series of the training seminars for employees National Treasury, conduct works on integration EDMS "E1 Euphrates" with the program "1C: Accounting 8.2" installed in IFI "National Treasury".

"Due to use of the software solution "E1 Euphrates" we hope to optimize our document flow, to reduce time of agreement signature and to increase overall effectiveness of a company performance. By our estimates, with a new system it is possible to reduce considerably the volume of routine transactions that should lead to significant acceleration of business processes of the company", – Alexey Lebedev, the CEO of MFO LLC National Treasury noted.
