National Union of Liability Insurers (NULI) (1C: Accounting)

Automation of accounting of the National Union of Liability Insurers (NULI) is carried out by specialists of "1C:VDGB" using the program 1C: Accounting 8. As a result of implementation the accounting service of the organization received the ready-made solution on 1C: Enterprise platform for operational conducting accounting and reporting.

The choice of the 1C: Accounting program for solving of tasks of automation of NSSO is dictated by the fact that this configuration allows to implement any scheme of accounting, and can be used as it is autonomous, and together with other components 1C. Besides, the software product provides automation of the majority of sections of accounting and the solution of all tasks facing accounting service. Information on separate types of activity, trade and production operations, the staff of adjacent divisions who is not accountants can enter. In the latter case behind accounting service there is only a methodical management and control of the settings of information base providing automatic reflection of documents in accounting and tax accounting.

By means of the implemented solution based on 1C: Accounting 8 in the NSSO organization the following sections of accounting are automated:

• settlings with the organizations and advance holders;
• personnel records;
• trade and currency transactions;
• calculations for income tax;
• lot-based accounting;
• conducting accounting and tax accounting of business activities of several organizations in one information base;
• material accounting, goods, products;
• cost accounting and cost accounting;
• operations on cash desk and bank;
• settlings with suppliers and buyers;
• settlings with personnel on compensation;
• fixed asset accounting and intangible assets;
• calculations for the VAT;
• the regulated reporting.

The configuration is implemented in the National Union of Insurers without significant changes. As a result of implementation of 1C five jobs are automated. Specialists of 1C:VDGB company held demonstrations programs, installation and elementary education of users to work with it. At the moment, the client of NSSO is on information and technology support.
