According to the company, the project of automation of asset management processes using the KORP 1S:TOIR was launched at Nefis Cosmetics in 2023. The pilot facility was successfully launched in April 2024. As of February 2025, the company continues the project of comprehensive digital transformation of equipment maintenance and repair management (MR) processes and plans to extend the automation experience to five more production sites. First of all, the project of digital transformation of MR at the pilot facility was supposed to provide access to up-to-date information on the state of equipment, repair work and resources, since before that the MRO management processes were not automated. The list of operations required for repairs was compiled on the basis of technical experience personnel, scheduled preventive work (WEP) schedules were created in Excel, and the registration of detected defects was carried out in paper journals.
The introduction of the KORP 1S:TOIR system by developer and integrator Desnol made it possible to create a single digital environment and optimized the work of engineers, mechanics and heads of repair services. It already contains information about almost 17 thousand repair objects, including exploded and classified pieces of equipment and equipment. On a daily basis, defect reports are generated and sent, and on a weekly basis, summary data on the condition of the equipment. In addition, requests for the purchase of spare parts began to be issued in a planned mode and systematically, and the emergency stock of spare parts is better controlled by creating a single warehouse for storing emergency spare parts and components.
In addition, one of the workshops of Nefis Cosmetics, where the EAM system is used, is a participant in the national project "Labor Productivity." This gave a cumulative effect from the introduction of advanced methods for optimizing production processes, lean production and digital transformation of MR.
After a year of using the KORP 1S:TOIR, Nefis Cosmetics named the most significant effects of implementation for the company. These are prompt repair planning, reduction of equipment downtime due to timely fault detection and elimination (including the use of the Mobile Team application by repair personnel for bypassing and fixing monitored indicators) and control over the availability of spare parts thanks to automated accounting.
However, in addition to this, the project served as a catalyst for internal transformations related to the training and development of employees involved in maintenance processes.
