On July 22, 2020 it became known that the Otkrytiye bank started processing system and storages of archives based on Big Data technologies. The project opens before bank ample opportunities on optimization and development of an IT landscape and also brings business processes of work with contemporary records to qualitatively new level of efficiency. As the technology partner of the project the Neoflex company, the developer of IT platforms for digital transformation of business acted.

The Otkrytiye bank has an IT landscape in which as a result of processes of accession of other banks more than 150 archive systems accumulated. Creation of uniform modern storage system and processing of archives significantly optimizes the cost of ownership of contemporary records, allows to process on them requests of state bodies in real time and also reduces risks of data loss in connection with use of the archive equipment.

Within the project the solution developed by Neoflex company based on modern tools of a stack Big Data was used. It allowed to perform seamless transition of users to interaction with a system and to carry out safe shutdown of the old archive systems.

Application of Agile-methods of management and ETL means of Neoflex Datagram for automatic mass import of data allowed to transfer key user reports and data from several tens archive systems to a short time. Thanks to it specialists of bank can create universal reports now.

Start of storage system and processing of archives marked successful start of transformation of work of bank with contemporary records.
