On August 26, 2014 the Telecom-Express company announced the beginning of service of Nespresso Club.

Project Progress

Jointly with specialists of Nespresso, Telecom-Express operators provide the necessary personalized customer service to participants of Nespresso club at the level conforming to standards of Nespresso company.

On the distributed Platform "Telecom Express" the special zone with samples where the call center operator can instruct step by step the client is selected, commenting on the actions in real time and to help to prepare a cup of favourite coffee for the owner of the new coffee machine.

Call center specialists conduct surveys among consumers, congratulate new participants on their accession to club, to the acting participants of club suggest to join vote at the choice of new sorts of drink of coffee.
