Netbynet transferred service of section of network to outsourcing

On June 15, 2015 it became known of the contract between Netbynet and Gorsvyaz about transfer of service of network by the last^[1].

Project Progress

Gorsvyaz companies, in addition to service functions of network, are told:

• connection of new subscribers,
• execution of abnormal requests from subscribers,
• service "computer help",
• elimination of accidents on nodes and the fiber-optic communication line,
• upgrade of network.

Project Results

"This project – a joint initiative for the companies in which a broadcast of operation of nodes of network was the last stage. In several months after signing of the contract of Gorsvyaz company it was succeeded to reach the high level of SLA (Service Level Agreement) on basic processes of connection and repair and also availability of network of the operator. We saved technical specialists, and with them and knowledge of network. Transfer on outsourcing of broadband access networks a long and difficult way, the operator, making the decision to go on it, should realize that the expected economy will be reached only when all processes are transferred to the outsourcer's shoulders, as the Netbynet company made. Outsourcing not less than 15% allow operators of broadband access to cut down broadband access access infrastructure operating expenses", – Andrey Yatsenko, the CEO of Gorsvyaz company told.
