On August 20, 2014 it became known of the project of automation of retail chain stores "NET" on the ERP-platform of the Retail Chain Stores of 7.0 Smarts Enterprise system.
Project Tasks
"NET" cares for buyers and for this purpose the company planned upgrade of business processes by software implementation of ASTOR company.
Project Progress
Staff of ASTOR company carried out works on automation of the central office, 20 outlets and a warehouse of retail network of the customer. In the course of implementation jobs of category management, accounting, administration, operators and directorate are automated.
The subsequent commissioning, training of staff of network of operation of software and the equipment are conducted by forces of the retail operator with assistance of ASTOR company.
Project Results
"NET" transferred business processes to qualitatively new level:
- centralized accounting,
- settlement with suppliers (agreements and the prices),
- data analysis on sales,
- range of goods and its control,
- goods turnover and margins.
