Nespresso optimized service of visitors of the shops using guest Wi-Fi from Orange Business Services

On November 13, 2017 the International service provider Orange Business Services announced provision of services of guest Wi-Fi and Internet access for network of coffee boutiques Nespresso.

Connection to guest network Wi-fi in shop pozvoll to visitors at once to enter on the Nespresso web portal. Further they will be able to load the Nespresso application for mobile devices, to visit the site Nespresso.com for gaining access to different digital services, to study information on the product interesting them and also with the latest news. If on the mobile device at the visitor the Nespresso application is already installed, it at once connects to the server.

Existence of guest service Wi-fi allows Nespresso to interact with clients of the shops in a digital format. Using digital channels of visitors of boutiques notify on the last campaigns and actions. In addition to guest Wi-Fi, Orange provides services of 27 contact centers for work with clients (CRC).
