Nevada implemented WMS

On May 6, 2014 the AXELOT company announced an implementation project of the systems "1C: WMS 4.0" and "1C:TMS 2.0" on a warehouse complex of NEVADA company.

Project Tasks

The total area of a warehouse of the company – 6 thousand ^sq.m. Here more than 1.5 thousand units of active positions of the nomenclature – confectionery, tea, coffee, groceries, a stern for animals are stored. Rack shelf and gravitational storage is used. The warehouse has difficult construction and differs in complex multi-stage processing of goods: movement of goods through transit zones is organized, feed is performed on all three floors.

Project Progress

In 124 working days specialists of AXELOT company automated all key warehouse and transport processes of branch, including processing of customer orders, accounting of warehouse stocks, planning of delivery of orders and routing (formation of runs taking into account loading of vehicles, optimization of a run).

Using technology of web services "1C: WMS" and "1C:TMS" are integrated with corporate ERP systems using an intermediate integration link which was 1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2.0|"1C: ERP 2.0"]]. Requests from several filial bases get to "1C: ERP 2.0", further are broadcast in "1C:TMS" for consolidation of routes then – in "1C: WMS" for assembly of goods. "1C: WMS", in turn, reports "1C:TMS" data on weight and dimensional characteristics of a load for selection of the most optimal vehicle.

Project Results

20 jobs are automated: 10 stationary and 10 mobile. Data collection terminals of Motorola are connected, training of employees of a warehouse and logistic service is provided.

In a project deliverable a common information space of execution of a supply chain, uniform information base and a single system of management is created, communications for scalability of the systems "1C: WMS" and "1C:TMS" are standardized. Now specialists of AXELOT perform post-project support of software products.
