Microsoft implemented Microsoft Office 365 in New City company

March 11, 2015. The Microsoft company announced implementation of a cloud service of Microsoft Office 365 in corporate infrastructure of New City company, the supplier of construction materials in the Pskov region.

To save and strengthen the positions in the market, the company needed the profitable and qualitative solution which would allow employees to use the working time more effectively. The management of the organization for advantage estimated the low cost and wide functionality of a packet of Office 365. Implementation was performed by means of specialists of the partner company Formosa. Process did not demand suspension of work and did not affect activity of the company in any way.

The created structure not only simplified an information access, having accelerated, thereby, a number of crucial business processes, but also allowed to save time for training of employees. To connect to the system of the new user or to disconnect left it is possible in only 10 minutes. The Office 365 interface was usual and clear to everyone that reduced amount of requests for work of this or that software product in IT department of the enterprise. At last, tools for the organization of remote work were highly appreciated by collective of "The new city".

Creation of the single system based on Microsoft SharePoint which integrated all documents, tables, the presentations and reports allowed to reduce search time of information, having made it available from any device. And use of modern means of communications of Microsoft Lync and Microsoft Exchange simplified communication with clients and the management and allowed to reduce decision making time.
