The NGENIX company passed to the system of Salesforce for process automation of sales and conducting communication with the acting and potential clients. Flexible instruments of customization of a system allowed the company to configure by its forces of own command, without involvement of developers.
Before start of the CRM system of Salesforce data on sales channels, conversion, services and services of clients were kept in the different systems and did not allow to obtain in real time data on work with partners. The system capable to provide analytical data quickly was necessary for automation of sales.
