Nikfort and DialogNauka companies, system integrator, the consultant and the distributor in information security field, completed in the winter of 2012 the project on Nikfort Sales system implementation based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM during which sales departments and marketing, and also cross-functional interaction between different divisions of the company were automated.
Main objective of the project was providing the tool for:
- increases in sales volume in all directions of the company
- planning and cost reduction
- increases in transparency and level of controllability business
- increases in a customer loyalty
- value additions of the company.
In a project deliverable the business rules of sales automating everything sales process stages were standardized and configured. Thanks to structuring data on clients employees could browse and manage data on activity of the client and the history of his service, including its contact information, minutes of meetings, the attached documents, e-mail messages made to the client offers and the purchased products, in a single system.
The convenient tool is provided to specialists of the marketing department for implementation of point marketing influence, formation of relevant marketing campaigns, and also the analysis of current demands of the market. Using the solution Nikfort Sales it became possible to estimate the client's potential, and also costs for his attraction.
For process optimization and elimination of the barriers connected with cross-functional interaction of divisions the module Nikfort 1C Connector for synchronization of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and 1C which allowed to organize a common information space for work of staff of the company was selected. Using the module Nikfort 1C Connector to the staff of the company became possible to work in one system which is intended for the solution of their tasks, at the same time to exchange necessary information with other divisions in real time.
For work of staff of DialogNauka with the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system the Outlook-client for Microsoft Dynamics CRM which provided a user-friendly interface for daily work of employees and as the result — facilitated process of acceptance of a system by users was configured.
In the course of implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM the analytical reports providing the complete information about current situation in the company were developed.
