On November 20, 2017 the company of Technology of the Future announced system implementation of queue management of NeuroniQ in Nikolsky central hospital.
Now service of patients in Nikolsky central district hospital became more comfortable, thanks to the electronic queue allowing to receive a talonchik in registry.
To arrange a flow of patients the electronic queue on 4 jobs was set. A system consists of the floor terminal with the touch screen allowing to select service "receive the coupon in registry", a board of the operator which displays number of the called patient and on which general LCD screen general information on a current status of queue is displayed.
System implementation should solve a number of the problems directed to creation of more comfortable terms of service of visitors of hospital:
- Reduce holding time of patients
- Improve transparency of processes of service
- Distribute load of specialists
- Obtain operational information about the current work of each operator for acceptance of operational management decisions and operational efficiency evaluation of work of personnel.
- Obtain statistical information for the subsequent analysis in the form of tables, diagrams for different time frames about work of department in general and each employee separately that allows to plan and organize work on service of patients effectively.
- Increase the level of satisfaction and loyalty of patients.
