After the carried-out detailed analysis the special working group which consisted as of specialists of the enterprise, and the holding company, it was found out that weak integration, the separation of databases and lack of the necessary detailed information for acceptance of right management decision does not conform to the approved standards of management and even expensive upgrade of systems will not allow to achieve desirable result in the shortest possible time. According to the above, the decision on complete transition to the Galaktika ERP enterprise management system was made, that to receive the reliable, checked tool.

Project Objective:

Inclusion of the new enterprise in a common information space of holding by implementation of the corporate information system used in holding – the Galaktika ERP systems.

Project Tasks:

• Implement a system on the basis of earlier developed solutions (during the project of unification and the subsequent projects).
• Provide in a system that functionality which was used in the previous ERP system earlier, and in some directions and develop it (for example, on the application company and accounting of accomplishment of repairs which up to the end not was are implemented in the previous system).

Within the project specialists of FT-Consult develop, configure and implement the following functionality:

• Maintaining the normative reference information in the Galaktika ERP system.
• Production management. Accounting of the movement MPZ in production, accounting of development and consumption of energy resources.
• Collecting of activity costs and calculation of actual cost of products.
• Sales of products.
• Management of maintenance and repair of the equipment.
• Management of logistics. Application campaign.

Project Results:

• Complex automation of many business processes of the enterprise
• Use at implementation of the general standards and accounting rules existing in holding and also the widespread Galaktika of EPR system in holding allows to exercise control of activity of the enterprise from holding (in a type of transparency and availability of all necessary information) and also to receive the authentic reporting under the IFRS standards using the existing mechanisms.
• Total quantity of the users working in the Galaktika ERP system at the enterprise, over 2000.
• The basis for further automation is provided.
