"Noginsk" controls production of milk using the Wialon system

On March 2, 2017 the Gurtam company announced system implementation of satellite monitoring of Wialon to the agro-industrial enterprise "Noginsky". The project was implemented by LocMe company, the partner of Gurtam in the Moscow and Saratov regions.

Project Results

Implementation of Wialon allowed state farm Noginsk to adjust control of production processes and also to carry out more accurate accounting of raw commodity milk. In particular, use of a system solved a problem of errors when accounting milk yield. So, in comparison with flowing counters, the equipment connected to the system of satellite monitoring has higher accuracy of measurements as estimates not the volume, but weight of the received raw materials. It allows to minimize discrepancies in accounting because of the different density of milk. Use of a monitoring system not only gives to the enterprise access to up-to-date data about production volumes, but also protects state farm from falsifications from employees: for example, from dilution of milk water and raw materials thefts. Besides, a system allows to estimate in real time loading of the equipment on a farm: stations of a vacuum, the dairy pump and a tank cooler and also to obtain reliable data about shipments of milk on the plants.

The total absence of contact of the equipment with food raw materials became one of requirements to project implementation. To satisfy this condition, the LocMe company set the dairy tank cooler on scales on tensoresistors, connected the weight terminal and all other equipment participating in a production process to the navigation Galileosky terminal. The data collected by the terminal are transferred to Wialon where the acquired information is processed by a system and in the form of clear charts is displayed in the Sensolator application which shows the actual level of loading of production. All data are stored on a remote server therefore the management of the enterprise can use tabular reports and diagrams on work of a farm from any place in the world at any time.
