Archive of retail files

In JSC Nordea Bank experts of KRIT company developed and implemented the solution on archive of retail files. The team of specialists did a great job on adaptation of functionality of the DIRECTUM system proceeding from requirements of the key divisions involved in work with retail files.

As a result, considerable results were achieved:

• All documents of retail files coming to different branches and representative offices of Bank get to uniform electronic archive now;
• Entering of documents in electronic archive is possible both in manual, and in the automated mode;
• All operational work is carried out with documents of retail files in electronic form without employee involvement of archive now;
• Probability of loss of originals of documents of retail files is minimized.

Until the end of 2013 the KRIT command developed functionality of the solution according to the customer's wishes.

Vising of agreements with legal entities

The KRIT company automated process on vising of agreements with legal entities on credit deals in branches of JSC "Nordea Bank".

To transfer to an electronic form all processes and transactions connected with credit documents on the basis of the module "Contract management" the new solution was developed. In the complemented type the functionality of the module covered key processes of bank: creation of a document package on credit deals of legal entities, maintaining the unified register of credit documents, accounting of location and the movement of documents.

The solution integrated and synchronized work of employees the front - and a back office, controllers and lawyers on all process steps of crediting. With its help interaction on vising of agreements in conditions when the vising divisions are territorially dispersed was organized.
