2023: Development and implementation of EDMS based on 1S:UPP

BearingPoint has implemented a project to develop and implement an electronic document management system based on 1S:UPP for 16 enterprises included in the Norilsk Nickel group of companies. His goal was to implement a unified solution and approach to the system for organizing legally significant document management with counterparties both within the group and with third parties. The project includes a document flow on the business processes of procurement and implementation of works, services, materials, lease of fixed assets, intermediary schemes, cancellation and adjustment operations. As part of the project, the 1S:UPP developed the functionality of approving and signing the primary accounting documentation (hereinafter referred to as RMP) received using electronic document management through the operator Kontur.Diadok.

As a result of the project, transparency in the reflection of operations was achieved, the time of document circulation with counterparties on paper was reduced, the procedure for approving and signing the PDA was automated, the time for manual entry and reflection of goods and services was reduced, the risks of errors from manual entry of documents were minimized. The solution can be replicated to other sites of the group working on the 1S:UPP solution.
