2020: Warehouse Logistics Automation
In 2020, one of the representatives of the tire distribution market consistently introduced 2 ANTOR programs to build and monitor the implementation of delivery routes.
The company North-Auto-M"" has been selling automotive spare parts and related goods since the early 90s. In 1997, the company chose the supply automobile of tires and wheels as a priority business area.
The main objectives were as follows:
- Create routes automatically taking into account the Customer's TA requirements.
- Reduce route scheduling time.
- Reduce the impact of the human factor on routing results.
- Improve customer service when delivering.
- Realize transportation cost analysis capabilities.
The solution of 2 programs proposed by ANTOR made it possible to automatically build optimal delivery routes and ensure full control of the work of their and hired drivers in the "plan/fact" mode. Depending on the seasonal load on the delivery service, special planning scenarios in ANTOR LogisticsMaster have been set up, which take into account other requirements of the Customer. To control hired drivers, individual conditions for charging mobile licenses were agreed.
As part of the transport logistics automation project, the North-Auto-M company optimized delivery routes in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Samara. The scaling of important regions continues: Rostov-on-Don and Krasnodar.
According to the Customer's terms of reference, the system of automatic calculation of the cost of the flight was finalized depending on the tariff of the transport company.
Using ANTOR TeamMaster, online delivery control was established, and the company's customers were able to track delivery on the card and receive timely alerts about its change in status.
The ANTOR team thanks colleagues from Sever-Auto-M for choosing our solutions and positive feedback on the timing of implementation and the work of technical support.
According to the results of the project, it was possible to significantly reduce the planning time, the need for hired transport, and improve service for customers. The tasks were completed.
