The Northeast Alliance bank implemented "E1 Euphrates"

On May 23, 2017 JSB Northeast Alliance announced implementing solution Cognitive Technologies "E1 Euphrates" for conducting electronic document management.

Project Tasks

• The following tasks were set for developer company:
• creation of a uniform information warehouse;
• creation of uniform schemes of conducting document flow and office-work;
• increase in efficiency of the enterprise due to reduction of terms of document transfer from one stage of approval to another;
• optimization of paper processes of document flow and office-work;
• operational obtaining necessary information;
• timely control of execution of tasks and creation of comfortable conditions for implementation of all types of control;
• differentiation of access rights of users to documents;
• monitoring of course of execution of instructions, mailing of notifications and reminders.

Project Progress

During implementation "E1 Euphrates", in addition to basic functions of document flow, such as creation of orders, accounts and statements, memos, for JSB Northeast Alliance company Cognitive Technologies automated processes of work with a number of requests for different banking services.
